You can park your car in the paying purple zone. You can pay per hour, per day or for several days with cash, bancontact or smartphone. The parking ticket gives you access to all purple zones in Koksijde, Oostduinkerke and St-Idesbald. Be careful not to park in the orange zone and red zone with this purple parking ticket

1. Reservations

Kobald bvba reserves the right to refuse reservations and services if a payment dispute arose with the customer during a previous reservation or service.

The buyer is responsible for the specified address information: this means that, in case of an error in the personal information of the addressee.

In case of cancellation or no-show of the customer without prior written agreement from kabine7 (kobald bvba), the full amount will be charged and invoiced to the customer and must be paid within the period specified on the invoice.
A cancellation cannot be carried out unilaterally without the consent of the manager of kabine7 (kobald bvba).

kabine7 (kobald bvba) cannot be held responsible for not performing services. This invoice can only be protested by registered letter within a period of 7 calendar days after the date of its dispatch. After this period has expired, the invoice is deemed to have been accepted by the customer, so that no further protest against the invoice is possible.

2. Price

Mentioned prices are subject to errors or a clearly deviating price. In such cases, the hotelier has the right to cancel the booking.

3. Payment

The price billed to the customer is the total price agreed in agreement with the customer

Payment must be made in accordance with kabine7 (kobald bvba).

Kobald bvba charges an advance at the start of the executive tasks. When booking, Kabine7 (kobald bvba) charges an advance of at least 50% of the total sum of the reservation amount. The customer can at no time accept a refund of the advances or accommodation costs.

Payments by invoice are only accepted in agreement between kabine7 (kobald bvba) and the customer. All invoices must be paid within 10 working days. Invoices that are not paid within the payment term of 10 days, will be charged with a compensation of 10% of the total sum, combined with an interest of 10%. In each case, 15 euros in administration costs are charged for each registered reminder.

Incidentally, kabine7 (kobald bvba) reserves the right to refuse reservations and services, if a payment dispute arose with the customer during a previous reservation or service.

4. Dispute

These contracts are subject to Belgian jurisdiction.

Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Veurne.

In case of a case law, all legal and file costs are charged to the debtor.

kabine7 (kobald bvba) cannot be held responsible for damage of any kind, material, non-material or material, due to improper use of the accommodation.

5. Legal Information

In case of missing information, the order will be canceled.

All correspondence and conditions sent by post or electronic medium are only officially valid in the Dutch language. The customer can also receive it in her language if he or she wishes. This can be done on simple request at kabine7 (kobald bvba).
